I give you a story, I made a business trip recently, even though I traveled with my laptop, And of course you can’t be carry our pc Arround town, I stept in to an office to just an enquiry on a project I was working on at that time.
I got talking after a while the person I was in a conversation with casually express how of a poor service he got the last vedor(a service I can Clearly offer).
So I said to him, I can handle those type of job if you dont mind.
He replied, I would have to to give you the job, but we don’t have time on our hand, today is my deadline t9 present a the proposals.
Clearly I saw I don’t have anymeans to quickly draft a proposal, and the distance from the hotel i was staying will not favour the deadline.
That was when I realized I have a the tools I need right on my smartphone.
While we having a chart I was careful working with my Canva app, 10mins later I requested for the email I can send in the proposal, he gave me an email. I forwarded my neatly designed propsal.
Before I could Get back to the hotel 8 was staying I saw a congratulatory message that my proposal has been selected all thanks to canva app

The free version of Canva is good to go but it has a paid version that allow you more features and images to design your project.
