Here is How to enable drag and drop in windows 11
Click HERE to download the script, do not worry it’s just a simple script that has no effects on your registry so, it’s completely safe
If you download it simple run it and you will be good, and can also disable it with the simple command below
How to disable the script, you can easily disable the script by going into the command prompt and typing in the simple command below just copy and paste
taskkill /f /im Windows11DragAndDropToTaskbarFix.exe
just copy and paste it in you command
